Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to book@smileforthekam.com at least 14 days before the event date to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the event, the customer will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable booking fee of $50.
  • Partial Refund: If the cancellation is made 7-13 days before the event, the customer will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid.
  • No Refund: If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers are allowed to reschedule their event one time without penalty if the request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled event.
  • A rescheduling fee of $50 will apply for any requests made within 7-13 days of the event date. Rescheduling is not allowed less than 7 days before the event.

Venue Cancellation
If the event is canceled due to venue availability or restrictions, Smile for the Kam will work to secure an alternate venue. If an alternate venue cannot be secured, the customer will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Force Majeure
If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Smile for the Kam (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), customers will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees (e.g., booking fees, vendor retainers) are non-refundable even in cases of cancellation. This will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
