Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Policy:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card, etc.

2. Event Changes or Rescheduling:

  • Customers are allowed to reschedule their event one time without penalty if the request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled event.
  • A rescheduling fee of $50 will apply for requests made within 7-13 days of the event.
  • Rescheduling is not allowed less than 7 days before the event.

3. Vendor Substitutions:
Smile For The Kam reserves the right to substitute vendors or services of equal quality in case of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities:
The customer must provide accurate booking details and adhere to event guidelines.

5. Force Majeure:
If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Smile For The Kam (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), the customer will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain fees, such as booking fees and vendor retainers, are non-refundable even in cases of cancellation. These fees will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

7. Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to book@smileforthekam.com at least 14 days before the event date to be eligible for a refund.

8. Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund: If the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the event, the customer will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable booking fee of $50.
  • Partial Refund: If the cancellation is made between 7-13 days before the event, the customer will receive 50% of the total amount paid.
  • No Refund: If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be issued.


9. Rescheduling Policy:

10. Venue Cancellation:
If the event is canceled due to venue availability or restrictions, Smile For The Kam will work to secure an alternate venue. If an alternate venue cannot be secured, the customer will receive a full refund of all payments made.
